Today was my First Time Eating At China Garden Restaurant. The Food was GREAT. I got the Beef and Broccoli Lunch Special. The Young Lady at the Cash Register who I Placed the order with, was Very Professional and Spoke Good English. I Would like to Thank the Cook as Well as the Other People working there. Great Food, Great Price and Great Service. Thank You 🙏

I just wanna warn everyone. Do. Not. Eat. Here. I went there to place a to go order, after ringing me up and answering the phone. The guy that I assumed was the cashier turned to the fridge behind him and pulled food from the fridge for my order with his bare hands (yes it was direct contact with my food) he did not wear gloves or bother to wash his hands. I confronted him about it and his only response was to say that the grease would "cook of the germs". I tried filing a complaint with the health department, but they seem more interested in avoiding people and working. The lady I assumed was the owner was very dismissive and seemed only interested in me getting food or leaving. The health concerns are only part of the problem with this place from the looks of it. Go anywhere but here. Eat at your own risk. I had to give it at least one star to post, but it doesn't deserve it.

What's the purpose of having a "No refund Policy" if you are too illiterate to fix your mistakes or just lack basic customer service. Ordered the "I dont know chicken order" and it had chicken in it. Nowhere in the details does it say chicken, suppose to be a meatless option, even says it in the menu. Someone how, there chicken on my plate. And you guys have the audacity to gave an attitude and bad customer service because I wanted you to make me another with no meat. Will definitely travel elsewhere in regards to simple mixed vegetables platter.

Terrible customer service. We picked up food while at a dr nearby. I ordered my food without mushrooms and when we got home, there were mushrooms in it.. We do not live nearby so when I called , they told me to bring it back and then they would remake it. I told them I don't live nearby but my daughter works near there so she could pick up the remade order after work but they said no. Unless I drive 20 minutes back to return it, they won't make it right. We will never give them our business again. They must know they didn't make mine without mushrooms but tell me they can't trust my word alone.
